Mysterious message - 06/08/3302

The news speak about a mysterious message on an old Cobra MKIII from a dead commander that repeated the signal "OTSEAFOTSEAF", the ship was registred as "Cor meum et animam" that means "My heart and soul" in Latin


There are a bunch of EAFOTS systems, all between Heart & Soul Nebulas, so maybe its a hint worth checking.
