Hunting trip out of Marker Depot

I finished up the last flight for the day I was talking to the quarters Marker Depot has supplied the pilots helping with their endorsers I over heard a young woman say to and older woman beside her " I want one " slightly pointing the the group of pilots walking ahead over me. you could tell most were independent pilots here for the credits, they stand out because most look, well plain. where I have noticed the Imperial pilots have a bit of a tendency to be a bit more flamboyant in their attire to me they standout like a sore thumb.I always have to remind my self when I am in Empire Controlled space, some people look at any one below their station as being one or two steps away from being a slave. I have a hard time with that but the credits for now keep my mind at ease. most of us are outsiders here and after this most of us probably will not be around, like me they will be off chasing the next bit of coin that shows it self as an opportunity. Speaking of opportunity, I am done hauling freight next day or so will be doing some bounty hunting. I am still honing my skills as a fighter pilot.I enjoy the thrill of the fights, hunting in packs and pouncing on ships. I have become very good at that. Once you get a taste of that thrill its hard to not want it. I will get my fill over the next days. Running freight over the last few days I had dumped all the Ammunition
for the multi cannons on the Ophelia to pick up a few more pounds of cargo carrying weight. Since we are changing missions I figured now was a good time to get the multi cannons serviced before they were reloaded. I had talked to the head on the the crew working on the Ophelia, his crew had replaced two barrels and adjusted the head spacing, had just finished aligning the barrels and were about to test fire the multi cannons and make sure everything was right. The ship was moved to the test fire platform, I climbed in side and sat down powering up the systems. I got a message over the coms "Deploy weapons". The test fire was completed everything functioned flawlessly.
Now it was just getting ready and heading out for the hunting trip for tonight.
