Can I call myself Explorer?

I think I can, I've finally decided to do some pure exploration, I've traveled all the way up to the Sanguineus Rim, I want to see the crystalline shards (yeah, part of the motivation was to get some high grade raw components too), and possibily find other wonders of the galaxy.I actually did visit some wonderful system, near the Horsehead nebula, the witch head nebula, I've discovered a few new systems, one with a water world, I made my first neutron jump (approx 270LY), and found a red planet I fell in love with, it's paired with another that is almost the same size, and have a very close orbit around, canyons, sulfur geysers, actually a lot of em.
Furthermore, I'm happy that my brother Akiho is now a pilot.
He's still close to the pilot federation system, but he's happy, making money mining asteroids. And it seems it's also a relaxing and lucrative activity, I should try it too, when I'll have money for a Type-9 or a Type-10 (I like the look of it).
I'm also worried, he told me he met some pirates, but they've been nice with him, as he's usually without any cargo when they scan him, and so leave him alone.
I hope he'll manage to defend himself in case he meets not so nice pirates...
