Ever feel like you need to test out your ship? Legit I found the greatest pirate infested place ever. Just go to this hazardous zone near McMullen Lab, in Menguru system, and an endless barrage of pirates will be there. So many in fact its hard to scan them all. If you don't own much and want quick cash, this is the place. Pirates are so hungry for a fight they kill each other, you can sit back and relax and wait for the final blow and boom.
