Today is Beta day

Today I sneaked a peek at the CQC beta, first trying CQC (being matched against players ranking from 2 to 25 ...). I confirmed my suspicion that I suck in PvP combat and went on to the Betaverse - only to get shot down on my way to Jameson Memorial by another CMDR. For the first time. His Imperial Courier interdicted me while in SuperCruies, peeled away the shields of my Cobra (the ship that was copied to the Betaverse) with its first shot, and it went downhill from there. Not a big thing, as I learned you can sell your loadout for the "real" prices and buy a new loadout for "beta" money. So I refitted my Cobra, refitted my "mining Cobra", too (I don't have the T6 in the Betaverse) and went to Njikan to try out the new refinery workings. Finally, new fragments are allocated automatically if there is an empty hopper - no more "babysitting" the refinery. What a joy to all miners! You get status notifications when a ton of minerals or metals has been refined, too. Mining now is a much more enjoayble ... eh ... drag.
I like the new crosshairs, too, that change to red when you're out of range or your lasers are overheating. The new "salvage wreckage" sites are fine, too - some cargo floating in the void, wreckage of a ship around ... The new "hazardous" extraction sites also sound interesting - did someone already check them out?
What I really, really don't like is the new interdiction mini-game, next to impossible to win for me - before, I had a nearly 100% success rate. Now I can't even interdict a Hauler from my Cobra, and every interdicting vessel drops me from SuperCruise. That's just not fun anymore.
(That you always get a display of necessary repairs for 10 Cr that doesn't go away even if you repair anything is a bug, I presume? And twice I was dropped back to main menu due to an "unrecoverable error on the transaction server" - huh?)
