HR 5307: homeworld

After months wandering the bubble working as a freelancer the fate made me make contact with commander TCAS. He invited me to spare some time with his group Heimdall's privateers (Corsarios de Heimdal). They are a small and closed group, but very active. They are committed with humanity and completely independent. As far as I know they will support SEPP, the explorers nation, on the upcoming conflict with Galcorp, EG Pilots and other factions. So, why not…?The last weeks were though. Smuggling, pirating and salvagging. Nothing new for me so I tried to make my part. Commander Kankro Vantas, leader of SEPP will not be able to raise his nation as a galactic power, nevertheless the overall results were amazing. A small nation controlling a dozen of systems is now well known across the galaxy. Besides I made a small fortune smuggling gems from the Duval family. I don’t have any enmity with them but neither causes any remorse stealing them. I made 250M in 2 days, enough for a more than decent Python and keep some savings.
At the same time a civil war breaks out in HR 5307, the world used by CdH as HQ. CdH decided to fight for LTD against the federal puppets. The war ends in less than one day but LTD did not welcome us as expected. This guys of CdH will not be sitting around. They established a democratic minor faction in HR and they managed to reach a respectable influence level in a few days. I made my part trading for them. Any kind of violence could trigger riots on the population and they need to control the station in a rightful way. The only problem is that LTD is waging a war in COL 123…, COL whatever system, so CdH don’t have any chance to provoke LTD on HR. The smart move is to help LTD on COL. If they win the COL war they will lower they guard on HR and probably they will end attacking CdH without knowing that a bunch of commanders are ready to end the conflict quickly. LTD know nothing about this trap.
I finished trading for CdH so I decided to join a wing on COL. I joined commanders Galactic Thor, X-Form and Aken on several skirmishes. Even in a low intensity conflict zone we received some hard knocks but we suffered no losses. They did…, a lot. Aken’s Fer-De-Lance and my Python were a good complement for the imposing Thor’s corvette. His support regenerating our shields was essential. My ship will be on dry dock for two or three days and I feel surprised about myself because I’m willing to be ready to fight on the imminent civil war on HR. It was a pleasure to fight with CdH and being their wingman. I think I can fight with these guys. I think I can fight for these guys…
