Bookmark importance and my way of notation

This is my first Logbook, I am pretty excited
, but here we go...I am still a beginner in the game( approx 25h in-game), but I implemented quickly a system to bookmark the star systems useful for trading and exploration or simply beautiful points of interest. I have to say that a good bookmark system helps you a lot, even if you trade, mine, explore or other activities, because you can quickly find what you need with some additional information gathered in time.
In order to maximize the efficiency of my runs, I filter my system map to only show stations Settlements and Stations( don't forget I am a trader and part time explorer, for other points of interest I don't really care)
My bookmark system:

First letter of Allegiance(Independent, Empire, Alliance, Federations)
Dash
First letter of the types of Economies alphabetically(High Tech, Industrial etc)
System name
(Optional) HQ of a superpower
E.g. E - I Bestii -> Currently Boom

Places of Exploratory interest:
First letter of what to find there(Black Hole, ELWs, WWs etc)
Visited or Unvisited
Dash
System name
E.g. BHU - HR 1847
