24/10/3302 - Rebuilding the Isla system

With the hostilities in the Isla system at an end the inhabitants are looking forward to rebuild what is lost. The civil war between the Isla Nationals and New Isla Dominion was a short conflict between two of the minor factions in the system. The fighting between the Guardians of Harmony and the Isla Natural Industry on the other hand, could only be described as a full blown war. The Guardians held Felice port bore the full brunt of the assault. But due to the efforts of a couple of specialized fighter squadrons from Lorenz Hub the tables were soon turned and ultimately the 3rd marines platoon Guardians HQ was able to capture key positions in Alvares Gateway on October 19th, signaling all but the end in hostilities in the system.Now with the attention turned towards rebuilding the Guardians of Harmony is giving miners extra incentives to gather metals and minerals. Especially Praseodymium and Osmium are in great demand. The foundries and industries in the neighboring Mbuts, Chnemine and HIP 118213 systems are in full swing and are barely keeping up with the demand caused by the rebuilding effort.
By fighting in this war I have brought my share of death and suffering to Isla. It is only normal that I now help these people in rebuilding their homes. Time to spread something positive for once.
