The war in Chi-1 Hydrae has not gone well despite our best efforts. We were too ambitious but orders are orders and desperation requires sacrifices. Every day that Jupiter Rochester spends languishing in prison is another day wasted. He must be freed, there is too much at stake. Looking to avoid being outdone by Jupiter Division proper, Jupiter Security Division has commissioned a Fleet Carrier. She has been laid down in a secret location but is expected to deploy within a number of weeks. Plans are also being drawn up for future expansions now that diplomatic relations are finalized and a more accurate assessment of enemy fleet capabilities assembled. The rapid deployment of the Independent Pilot's Guild to the front was highly unexpected though even a coordinated effort won't be able to counter guerilla warfare in the long term. The reality of politics is that few organizations understand the value of concentrating their holdings. Enemies lie around every corner, waiting to pounce at the first sign of weakness.
