BD-12 1172 in the heart of the Spirograph Nebula is absolutely breathtaking! I have spent several days in the system just bouncing from one planet to the next soaking in everything the system has to offer. Other than the science megaship and a fleet carrier that jumped in as I was about to leave the system, it has been a very solitary exploration. I came across Flavum Metallic Crystals, Rubeum Metallic Crystals, Viride Gourd Mollusks, Solid Mineral Spheres, and Lattice Mineral Spheres all inside the ring systems of a few Class III Gas Giants. I also encountered Prasinum Bioluminescent Anemones for the first time on some of the planets' surfaces. Absolutely incredible. And that sky! Being inside the planetary nebula, space takes on a vibrant green hue. It is almost indescribable. I am posting a ton of photos below. Scratch another system off the Canonn Challenge list. Now I'm turning my sights for Barnard's Loop and the Orion Nebula. I have always wanted to visit those nebula. o7 Commanders...
