The ACFS, with the help of the Imperial House of Stukov and Otis Moses' team of specialists, have managed to definitively repulse the continuing invasions of the Geawenki Travel Commodities federal corporation, into ACFS's settlements.
The war had been long and tiring, as the G.T.C. was really determined to take back its former prisoners and shut down Otis Moses who freed them. However, ACFS and their allies had achieved a great victory, once and for all pushing the corporation back from their bases in Pularungu.
The last battle was the decisive one! Captain Curtis Parker, the hero of the corporation, had decided to intervene personally and attempt the decisive strike to win. He joined the battle aboard his Farragut-class Battlecruiser, with which he scored many enemy kills.
Captain Curtis Parker’s intervention had put his opponents in serious trouble, but it was not enough to prevent the House of Stukov’s armed forces from knocking out the cruiser, while ACFS held off the rest of the corporation’s ships.
Otis Moses, the valiant scientist and commander who had saved the prisoners from the corporation's prison megaship, had once again demonstrated his combat prowess and determination to face adversity. With clever moves, he had allowed to Aleksej Stukov and his praetorians to break into the cruiser and successfully hijack it. All of the cruiser’s crew surrendered and were promptly captured and arrested, including the Captain Curtis Parker.
The Corporation, seeing itself deprived of its greatest hero and his ship, it retreats and withdraws from the war, thus decreing the definitive victory of ACFS against them. We don’t know if the G.T.C. will move back against ACFS and its allies, but for the moment it looks like they’ll be out of the picture.
The battle had left its mark, but the determination and combined strength of the ACFS, the House of Stukov, and the Otis Specialists had prevailed over the immoral corporation. Aleksej and Otis, along with many other pilots who allowed this victory, had become legendary heroes, remembered for their courageous action in the liberation of prisoners and in the final victory over the enemy.
THE FATE OF A DEFEATED FEDERAL HERO

Aleksej Stukov was in a position of power over his enemy Curtis Parker. Aleksej had him in his grasp, with the opportunity to execute him personally for his crimes against Aleksej himself, against his Imperial House, and against ACFS. Aleksej’s praetorians also loudly demanded that Curtis be executed, as they were very angry with that federal captain. But Aleksej, to everyone’s surprise, declared that he had no desire for revenge.
Instead, Aleksej wanted to give Curtis a chance to make amends and redeem himself for what he had done in the past. Aleksej wanted to show that forgiveness can be more powerful than revenge, and that change can be achieved even by the most ferocious enemies. Also, since Curtis Parker has not acted dishonorably and in a crazy way like the NMLA terrorists, or the murderers of Aleksej’s uncle... Curtis has shown himself to deserve a chance.
Aleksej was also angry with him for his actions. But he had no intention of execute him. He approached Curtis Parker, who was still tied up and seated in his cell, as his praetorians watched with suspicion that man who had deprived House Stukov of his archon for so long.
"Curtis Parker...", said Aleksej in a serious tone, "...I’ve decided to forgive you for your crimes against my House, against me, and against ACFS. You were an honorable fighter and honorable opponent, and you always treated me with respect and dignity when I was a G.T.C. prisoner. So you proved you deserved forgiveness. You have many qualities, but since you have made them available to the wrong faction, you will still have to make amends for this.
You will have to earn our trust, and really commit yourself in this redeeming process. You can do that by choosing to serve in ACFS, or by following me within the ways of the Empire. You decide! If you decide to join at the service of High Command Starfleet, since they accept citizens of any superpower without any discrimination, you will have the opportunity to continue to be a citizen of the Federation, and you will be granted full amnesty. ACFS has a federal enclave. You could opt to work there as an emissary or as a security member.
You also have the opportunity to join my Imperial House and follow me within the ways of the Empire. Also in this case you will be guaranteed complete amnesty. You will serve me as a free and sovereign man, and a full-fledged member of my Imperial House. I will instruct you about the ideals, about the code of conduct and morals of the Empire. I will make you great, and you may even serve as my right-hand man.
If you refuse both options... you will stay alive anyway. It is also true that for obvious reasons, if you refuse both options, you will be sentenced to life imprisonment and held in a ACFS prison. You will be dishonorably discharged from the Federation and remain an enemy of the Empire. But I’m sure you won’t make this choice. You’re too smart to make the wrong choice again, like the wrong choice of making your very good skills available to a questionable corporation like G.T.C..
Choose to be and to act good, Curtis. Choose High Command Starfleet. Or choose the Imperial House of Stukov. That’s my ultimatum. What do you want to do?"
Curtis Parker was initially reluctant to defect the corporation in which he served for many years. But he also knew very well that after that defeat, the corporation would not welcome him back with doors opened wide. That gave Curtis a lot to think about. And actually, he realized what he did in the name of that corporation and for it. And he wasn’t proud of that. However, he was grateful to Aleksej for not mistreating or even killing him.
Curtis eventually decided to join ACFS and serve in his federal enclave. It will take time for Curtis to earn the trust of his new comrades, but Aleksej trusts in his redemption. With a wave of his hand, he pointed to his Praetorians to free Curtis. The captain got up, still thinking about what had just happened and realized about G.T.C.. But he knew that from that moment on, he had to show his gratitude and commitment to Aleksej and ACFS decisively.
NEW ADVENTURES AND NEW CHALLENGES TO COME
As ACFS continued to assist the refugees and treat the wounded, Aleksej and Otis met to discuss the next steps.
"We could never have won this war easily without you, my friend..." said Aleksej, addressing Otis. "...You have proven to be a true hero, ready to fight to the end to protect your friends and your values."
Otis replied modestly, but just as firmly: "We managed to win together, Aleksej. We were a winning team. ACFS has shown once again that its strength is cooperation. Instead, your Imperial House has shown that asking for help is not a sign of weakness, and that no matter how strong you are. An additional ally is a significant added value! The same applies to the Thargoid defense operations. Cooperation will lead us to victory... and we will not allow anyone to create division and chaos among us, or anything else that can lead us to ruin."
"Well said, Otis. Now that we have the situation under control, we need to focus on the defense from the Thargoids...", answered Aleksej. "...I will soon return to Cubeo to retake control of my Imperial House once and for all, and reorganize its various operations. Sooner or later, Federal corporatism, Imperial corruption, and Alliance controversies, will reappear. And we will have to be ready to counter all these entities, besides the Thargoids. It will not be easy. But together we will be saved, and we will achieve the victory! As we have done several times in recent times."
The war had been long and difficult, but in the end the ACFS, the Imperial House of Stukov, and Otis’s team of specialists, had fought together to defeat the enemy. And it was precisely this cooperation between them that allowed them all to be able to free the prisoners of the corporation and repel its subsequent attacks and invasions.
Otis had successfully accomplished all the missions entrusted to him by Imperial House of Stukov and ACFS. And the Imperial archon Aleksej Stukov had finally fully recovered and returned to action... ready to resume command of his Imperial House.
In the next few days, former prisoners of the corporation belonging to ACFS will be treated and will return to their normal lives in complete freedom. While all the former prisoners of the corporation who belong to the House of Stukov, they will all return together with Aleksej, into the systems of Cosi, Cubeo, and Cemiess... where they will return to live their normal lives as they once were, finally free.
Therefore, the two friends Aleksej and Otis, will have to divide again: Aleksej will return to Cubeo, where he will officially regain control of his Imperial House and will reorganize its operations, giving greater priority to anti-xenon operations. While Otis and his team of specialists will join forces with various groups of xeno-researchers around the core systems, to contribute to the scientific effort in the xenological field.
However, the two friends will continue to cooperate, albeit at a distance... and will not hesitate to meet again in person... if circumstances require it.

La Flotta Stellare, con l'aiuto del Casato Imperiale Stukov e della squadra di specialisti di Otis Moses, sono riusciti a respingere definitivamente le continue invasioni della corporazione federale Geawenki Travel Commodities nei loro insediamenti.
La guerra era stata lunga e faticosa, dato che la G.T.C. era davvero determinata a riprendersi i suoi ex prigionieri e farla pagare ad Otis. Tuttavia la Flotta Stellare e i loro alleati avevano conseguito una grande vittoria, respingendo una volta per tutte la corporazione dalle loro basi di Pularungu.
L'ultima battaglia è stata quella decisiva! Il Capitano Curtis Parker, eroe della corporazione, aveva deciso di intervenire personalmente e tentare il colpo decisivo per vincere. È entrato nella battaglia a bordo del suo Incrociatore da Battaglia classe Farragut, con cui ha messo a segno molti abbattimenti nemici.
L'intervento del capitano Curtis Parker aveva messo in seria difficoltà i loro avversari, ma non è stato abbastanza da impedire alle forze armate del Casato Stukov di mettere fuori uso l'incrociatore, mentre la Flotta Stellare teneva testa al resto delle navi della corporazione.
Otis Moses, il valoroso comandante che aveva salvato i prigionieri dalla megaship prigione, aveva dimostrato ancora una volta la sua abilità nel combattimento e la sua determinazione nell'affrontare le avversità. Con abili mosse, aveva permesso ad Aleksej Stukov e ai suoi pretoriani di introdursi nell'incrociatore e dirottarlo con successo. Tutto l'equipaggio dell'incrociatore si arrese e venne prontamente catturato e arrestato, tra cui anche il capitano Curtis Parker.
La corporazione, vedendosi privata del suo più grande eroe e della sua nave, ripiega e si ritira dalla guerra, decretando così la vittoria definitiva della Flotta Stellare contro di loro. Non sappiamo se i G.T.C. torneranno a muoversi contro la Flotta Stellare e i suoi alleati, ma per il momento sembra che rimarranno fuori dai giochi.
La battaglia aveva lasciato il suo segno, ma la determinazione e la forza combinata della Flotta Stellare, del Casato Stukov, e degli Specialisti di Otis, aveva prevalso sulla immorale corporazione. Aleksej ed Otis, insieme a tanti altri piloti che hanno permesso questa vittoria, erano diventati eroi leggendari, ricordati per la loro coraggiosa azione nella liberazione dei prigionieri e nella vittoria finale sul nemico.
IL DESTINO DI UN EROE FEDERALE SCONFITTO

Aleksej Stukov si trovava in una posizione di potere nei riguardi del suo nemico Curtis Parker. Lo aveva nelle sue mani, con l'occasione di giustiziarlo personalmente per i crimini che ha commesso contro di lui, contro il suo Casato Imperiale, e contro la Flotta Stellare. Anche i suoi pretoriani chiedevano a gran voce la sua testa, poiché molto arrabbiati con quel capitano federale. Ma Aleksej, con grande sorpresa di tutti, dichiarò di non avere alcun desiderio di vendetta.
Invece, voleva dare a Curtis Parker una possibilità di fare ammenda e redimersi per ciò che aveva fatto. Voleva dimostrare che il perdono può essere più potente della vendetta, e che il cambiamento può essere raggiunto anche dai nemici più feroci. Inoltre, dato che Curtis Parker non ha agito disonorevolmente e in modo folle come i terroristi dell'NMLA, o gli assassini dello zio di Aleksej... ha dimostrato di meritarsi una possibilità.
Anche Aleksej era arrabbiato con lui per le sue azioni. Ma non aveva alcuna intenzione di ucciderlo. Si avvicinò a Curtis Parker, che era ancora legato e seduto nella sua cella, mentre i suoi pretoriani osservavano con sospetto l'uomo che aveva privato il Casato Stukov del suo arconte per tanto tempo.
"Curtis Parker...", disse Aleksej in tono serio, "...ho deciso di perdonarti nonostante i tuoi crimini contro il mio Casato, contro di me, e contro la Flotta Stellare. Sei stato un combattente ed avversario onorevole, e mi hai sempre trattato con rispetto e dignità quando ero prigioniero dei G.T.C.. Perciò hai dimostrato di meritare il perdono. Hai molte qualità, ma dato che le hai messe a disposizione della fazione sbagliata, dovrai comunque fare ammenda per questo.
Dovrai guadagnarti la nostra fiducia, e impegnarti davvero tanto in questo tuo iter redentorio. Puoi farlo scegliendo di servire nella Flotta Stellare, oppure seguendo me nelle vie dell'Impero. Decidi tu! Se decidi di unirti alla Flotta Stellare, avrai la possibilità di continuare ad essere un cittadino della federazione, dato che loro accettano cittadini di qualsiasi superpotenza senza discriminazione alcuna. Ti verrà anche garantita completa amnistia. La Flotta Stellare dispone di un'enclave federale. Potresti optare per lavorare lì come emissario oppure come membro della sicurezza.
Hai anche la possibilità di unirti al mio Casato e seguirmi nelle vie dell'Impero. Anche in quel caso ti verrà garantita completa amnistia. Sarai al mio servizio come uomo libero e sovrano, e membro a pieno titolo del mio Casato. Ti istruirò agli ideali, agli usi e ai costumi dell'Impero. Ti renderò grande e potrai addirittura servire come mio braccio destro.
Se rifiuterai entrambe le opzioni... rimarrai vivo in ogni caso. Altresì vero è, che per ovvie ragioni, verrai condannato all'ergastolo e detenuto presso una prigione della Flotta Stellare. Verrai congedato con disonore dalla Federazione e rimarrai un nemico dell'Impero. Ma sono sicuro che non farai questa scelta. Sei un uomo troppo intelligente per fare nuovamente una scelta sbagliata... come quella di mettere a disposizione le tue ottime abilità per una corporazione che agisce in modo discutibile.
Scegli di fare il bene, Curtis. Scegli la Flotta Stellare. Oppure scegli il Casato Stukov. Questo è il mio ultimatum. Cosa desideri fare?"
Curtis Parker era inizialmente riluttante all'idea di abbandonare la corporazione in cui ha servito per molti anni. Ma sapeva benissimo anche lui che dopo quella sconfitta, non lo avrebbero riaccolto a braccia aperte. Questo gli diede molto da pensare. Ed effettivamente, si rese conto di ciò che ha fatto in nome di quella corporazione e per essa. E non ne fu fiero. In ogni caso, fu grato ad Aleksej per non averlo maltrattato o addirittura ucciso.
Ragion per cui, decise infine di unirsi alla Flotta Stellare e di prestare servizio nella sua enclave federale. Ci vorrà del tempo affinché Curtis si guadagni la fiducia dei suoi nuovi compagni, ma Aleksej confida nella sua redenzione. Con un gesto della mano, indicò ai suoi pretoriani di liberare Curtis. Il capitano si alzò, ancora pensieroso riguardo quello che era appena accaduto e aveva realizzato riguardo i G.T.C.. Ma sapeva che da quel momento in poi, doveva dimostrare la sua gratitudine e il suo impegno ad Aleksej e alla Flotta Stellare... in modo decisivo.
NUOVE AVVENTURE E NUOVE SFIDE IN ARRIVO
Mentre la Flotta Stellare continuava ad assistere i rifugiati e a curare i feriti, Aleksej e Otis si incontrarono per discutere delle prossime mosse.
"Non avremmo mai potuto vincere questa guerra facilmente senza di te, amico mio..." disse Aleksej, rivolgendosi a Otis. "...Hai dimostrato di essere un vero eroe, pronto a lottare fino alla fine per proteggere i tuoi amici e i tuoi valori."
Otis rispose modestamente ma in modo altrettanto deciso: "Siamo riusciti a vincere insieme, Aleksej. Siamo stati una squadra vincente. La Flotta Stellare ha dimostrato ancora una volta che il suo punto di forza è la cooperazione. Il tuo Casato invece ha dimostrato che chiedere aiuto non è un segno di debolezza, e che per quanto tu sia forte, un alleato in più è un valore aggiunto non da poco! Lo stesso vale per la lotta di difesa dai Thargoid. La cooperazione ci porterà alla vittoria... e non permetteremo a nessuno di creare divisioni e caos, ne altro che ci può condurre alla rovina."
"Ben detto, Otis. Ora che abbiamo la situazione sotto controllo, dobbiamo concentrarci sulla difesa dai Thargoid...", rispose Aleksej, aggiungendo "...Io tornerò presto a Cubeo per riprendere definitivamente il controllo del mio Casato, e riorganizzare le sue varie operazioni. Presto o tardi, il corporativismo Federale, la corruzione Imperiale, le controversie dell'Alleanza, rifaranno la loro comparsa. E noi dovremo essere pronti per contrastare tutte queste entità, oltre ai Thargoid. Non sarà facile. Ma uniti ci salveremo, e conseguiremo la vittoria! Come abbiamo già fatto più volte negli ultimi tempi."
La guerra era stata lunga e difficile, ma alla fine la Flotta Stellare, il Casato Imperiale Stukov e la squadra di specialisti di Otis avevano combattuto insieme per sconfiggere il nemico. Ed è stato proprio questo loro cooperare insieme che ha permesso tutti loro di riuscire a liberare i prigionieri e respingere l'attacco della corporazione federale una volta per tutte.
Otis aveva compiuto con successo tutte le missioni affidategli dal Casato Stukov e dalla Flotta Stellare. E Aleksej Stukov si era finalmente ripreso del tutto ed è tornato operativo... pronto per riprendere il comando del suo Casato Imperiale.
Nei prossimi giorni, gli ex prigionieri della corporazione che appartengono alla Flotta Stellare, saranno curati e torneranno subito alle loro vite normali in totale libertà. Mentre tutti gli ex prigionieri che appartengono al Casato Stukov, torneranno tutti insieme con Aleksej, nei sistemi di Cosi, Cubeo, e Cemiess... dove torneranno a vivere le loro normali vite come un tempo, finalmente liberi.
Ragion per cui, i due amici Aleksej ed Otis, si dovranno dividere nuovamente: Aleksej tornerà a Cubeo, dove riprenderà ufficialmente il controllo del suo Casato Imperiale e ne riorganizzerà le operazioni, dando maggiore priorità alle operazioni anti-xeno. Mentre Otis e la sua squadra di specialisti, si uniranno ai vari gruppi di ricerca xenologici per supportare la ricerca scientifica in ambito xeno.
Tuttavia, i due amici continueranno a cooperare, seppur a distanza... e non esiteranno a rincontrarsi di persona... se le circostanze lo richiederanno.
