Incident Report 5213304-A0 (Starside)

From the desk of Admiral Alexander J. Sepulveda, Admiral of the 87th Federal Auxiliary Fleet

INCIDENT REPORT 10203304-A0

At approximately 14:35 Galactic Mean Time, a rouge Python-Class Vessel, labeled A-174 DELTA, entered the station of Moorcock Enterprise at a speed of 427, presumably after an external boost. This vessel did not have landing clearance and was not engaged by station hardpoints. 5 seconds later, the Python collided with the FNS Sabre's Serenity (Corvette-Class Vessel), designation FIA-87 ALPHA, and caused a class 4 explosion within the bay. The Python was completely demolished and the FNS Sabre's Serenity suffered major hull breaches with its front end and most of the necessary internal components missing. The remaining parts of the Sabre's Serenity were flung towards the pad and shattered, causing damage to multiple other ships including the pads tower. On collision, Captain Alexander S. Jameson, pilot, and owner of the FNS Sabre's Serenity suffered severe injuries to his skull and ribs. His daughter, Abigail L. Jameson, was found dead with a metal bar impaled in her stomach, presumably from the main control table within the bridge of the Serenity. Autopsy of the body was found with blunt force trauma and loss of blood as the cause of death (See AUTOPSY REPORT ALJ-4).
Cleanup crews began work within the bay 4 hours after the initial incident. Moorcock Enterprise was put on temporary lockdown as crews recovered bits and pieces of the once Python and the FNS Sabre's Serenity. A worker, who has wished to remain anonymous, found an Imperial insignia belonging to assassins under Aisling Duval. Mrs. Duval denies these allegations that she sent an assassin to kill Captain Jameson, but deeper diving into Imperial records shows a request made by Duval herself to kill Captain Alexander Jameson. Further investigation is pending.
The Federation will hold a funeral service for Abigail Jameson on October 25th, 3304 at 17:35 Galactic Mean Time with a Flagship sendoff of her ashes to a planet that was chosen by Captain Jameson within the Pleiades Sector. The 118th Assault Wing will be stationed within the system of HIP 69982 and Moorcock Enterprise for security enforcement. By order of Admiral Alexander Sepulveda, a blockade is to be issued within HIP 69982 and all ships are to be scanned. Imperial ships will be destroyed without hesitation, and all pilots under Aisling Duval will be taken into custody.

The 87th Federal Auxiliary Fleet apologizes for this incident and offers help to all affected, whether it be psychological or physical. A message will be sent to President Hudson calling for a court hearing and prison time for Mrs. Aisling Duval, and the 87th will take high notice to this incident as a sign of war between the Federation and the Empire.

With regards,

Admiral Alexander Sepulveda
