INCIDENT REPORT 9203307-A

At approximately 13:42 Galactic Mean Time, an SOS signal was received by the FNS Sabre's Serenity's (CORVETTE-CLASS VESSEL) communications team. Captain Alexander S. Jameson was summoned to the comms room and was showed the transmission. A Krait Phantom with the designation FES-22T was broadcasting the signal outwards, and a team from the 92nd Scout and Exploration Wing was sent to locate the origin of the signal, which they did. Upon arrival, Atlas Team, lead by Lieutenant Commander and Fuel Rat M00zy discovered the crashed remains of the FES 22T with no pilot onboard or found. The experimental technology onboard the 22T was untouched by commanders, and a recovery crew was called in to retrieve the once FES-22T. Other than assistance with security, the remains of the 22T were transported back onto the FNS Intrepid for testing and scans.
After a brief period of testing, results were found within the black box that the artificial intelligence, designation AI-CORE L_952, had received an alarming 14,622 signals within the 4 months that the ship was missing. This bears the answer that an outside force was attempting to retrieve the experimental technology onboard the FES-22T, but failed. (Update: Scans picked up from the origin point of the crash showed 3 Imperial Clippers within the vicinity 2 hours after recovery of the FES-22T. Whereabouts of these ships are unknown) Post-Captain Aaron T. Madison was notified that his ship had been found and was granted the experimental tech that survived the crash.
Within black box data, a recovered diagnostics log showed a person trying to access Post-Captain Madison's file and data shortly before the 22T crashed. It reads as follows:

The remaining logs contained within the black box of the FES-22T are under review by Admiral Alexander Sepulveda, Vice Admiral Hoshi, and Captains Alexander S. Jameson and Aaron T. Madison. Due to the incident of the FES-22T, clearance for launch in all stations and carriers controlled by the Retro Faction of Voltrigones and patrolled by the 87th Federal Auxiliary Fleet is to only allow access by voice clearance of the owner of a ship. Under Section 5 of the Federal Command Act, this is to take effect in 48 hours. The 87th Federal Auxiliary Fleet has controlled the incident, and all persons involved, including Post-Captain Madison, are safe and secure. We thank the FIA for assisting in finding the FES-22T and helping Captain Madison in his journies.
