There is something relaxing about the Sanguinous Rim. The utter stillness, lack of Comms Traffic, and complete lack of humanity. I have finished gathering the raw materials I need and have begun my return trip to Daibais bit first I need to fill my requisitions for the Engineers to improve my T-10 as well as get a new paint job and accessories for the cockpit in celebration. I'm looking forward to seeing how my trusty old ship handles herself after this massive overhaul.
Just leaving the stations has already given me high hopes, the upgraded thrusters have made her far more responsive, the FSD has an extra 8 LY range, her armor thickness has increased by nearly 60%, and her shields are nearly six times as durable. Our next stop is a local Haz Res to put her through the paces. "COVAS set a course for the nearest HAZ RES"

Well she is certainly a new and improved monster! A whole hour without me even touching the controls and she has killed 45 enemy vessels! I'm a bit worried about COVAS though... she seems to be glitching out and chopping her words since that FDL went kamikaze and rammed itself at full boost straight into the Port Intake Manifold. I'll have her checked out when we reach the next station.
COVAS: There is nothing wrong with me.
"Did you say something"?
COVAS: Negative.
