So I refitted my t9 and rushed to gateway system. The Dublin Citadel station is in bad shape, burning heavily. 
I had to learn by hard how to dock T-9 manually in such harsh conditions. I never did that before by hand, was to lazy to do it and got caught by surprise that automatic vectoring will not help in such circumstances.
But I did it, a steep learning curve indeed.
I don't know about situation in other systems but here in Gateway it is harsh. More CMDRS are needed, people are burning in those stations.
