DECLARATION:
All the branches where Pioneer Supplies services is provided have been audited and consolidated report has been submitted.
It is hereby confirmed and certified that system audit of the station traiding posts and systems used by ███████ ██ ██████ ████████████, a member of Pioneer Supplies has been conducted by me and with regard to the areas mentioned in the Terms of Reference (ToR), compliance / non-compliance status has been specified. Observations on minor /major deviations as well as qualitative comments for scope for improvement also have been specified in the report.
We certify that none of the current Directors / Partners / Promoters of the member are directly or indirectly related with any of the Directors / Promoters / Partners of ███████ ██ ██████ ████████████ and there is no conflict of interest with respect to the member being audited.
