Finding wingmates

"I may be as pretty as an angel, but I sure as hell ain't one."I dedided to create my own wing on inara "Ravagers" where I would be the one and only Mary Poppins himself. I want to play on PvP with other hotheads willing to put a little of Guardians of Galaxy remarks while fighting, or cruising with my wingmates, because i think it may be hell of a fun combining the two multiverses while playing.
If i have some more members in Ravagers, i´d like to move on and make an ingame faction for Ravagers.
Yet I wonder how do other wings get so many members, i hardly got one, who left me, because he was Xbox. Damn shame.
How do I adress other inara members who are not in wing? how do I search for them? Write me private, or just apply.
