It has been only a few days, maybe weeks time seems to loose its self in space, since starting my career as a Commander in space. It wasn't too long before I came across The Golden Armada. After working my long way up to a Cobra I heard about the Sothis system and the CR that could be made out there. I don't really have a lot to report on, but I have to make a note on the bio waste from the Sothis system.It seems like I first had to gain their trust, and it turned out that I had to prove my trust to transport poop, no literally their poop. The second thing of interest was that during my runs I found that pirates are very interested in the poop of the Sothis system, even to the point that they are willing to die over it. After several missions and several interdictions I now have to ask the question, why is this poop so valuable and important, not only to pirates but to the system of Sothis it's self that I had to prove my trust?
After talking to a fellow fleet member we now speculate that some people are using this poop to transfer Sothis Crystalline Gold, and the people we are dropping it off with are getting it out some how. So in a sense we are smuggling gold in poop to other stations, but this is just speculation. I must say that some future inspection on this realization, to see what it is that makes the poop of Sothis so important to people is needed. It will be a messy and smelly job, but one that may prove prosperous in the long run. I will update if anything of importance is found.
