Dr. Ray Zhou, often referered to as Dr. Zhou, is the Chief Medical Officer assigned to the A.D.S.S. Dragon Dance, and formerly an official crew member on Commander Feonix's journeys. They have served with great distinction during an outbreak of the disease since dubbed Landsteiner Pox in the 59 Virginis system, valiantly working many triage and surgery shifts to help quell the epidemic.
Dr. Zhou was born in the Sirius system to an engineering family in 3287. They lived under Sirius Corporation rule for most of their early life, attending prestigious schools. After graduating medical school in January of 3307, they found work in 59 Virginis in fighting the Landsteiner Pox virus as part of a Sirius Corporation Aid programme. There, they reunited with an old friend from secondary school - the now-fledgling Commander Feonix, who was there delivering precious medicine.
After the epidemic was quelled, the two spent time travelling together, with Dr. Zhou serving as Medical Officer in many of Feonix's starships; in particular on the A.D.S.S. Dragon Dance, where they now serve as Chief Medical Officer.
On the 30th of May 3307, Commander Feonix and Dr. Zhou decided to get married, whenever time permits.
