By now, we have all read the report from the Rewired network published by Flint ‘Firemaker’ Lafosse, which has been confirmed by Galnet and various other reputable sources.
It reveals to the masses what we already knew - that the Imperial Corsairs, and their founder, Tharik Otoli, are complicit in the NMLA bombings that took the lives of hundreds of thousands across our galaxy. Otoli's long-standing relationship with Hadrian Augustus Duval, a man he and his family regard as the rightful Emperor, is public knowledge. Tharik Otoli attended the Imperator's wedding earlier this month. The fact that Duval has been outed as the head of the NMLA has equivalent consequences for his most ardent supporters, including Otoli's family and his squadron of space-faring pirates.
I bring you this message from my home system of Moram. Not from Tapinas Ring, which had prospered as a free starport for an entire year before the Imperial Corsairs laid waste to it, but from the humble outpost of Ziemianski Dock - our last bastion of hope. It is a dire situation in this star system. Our people are suffering. Our infrastructure is failing. Instead of robbing us of material goods, the self-proclaimed pirates of IMCR have robbed us of thousands of lives. And now, with these new developments, the galaxy is made painfully aware that this is no petty war, but an outright act of egregious terrorism, one aligned in an axis of evil with the NMLA.
Straylight Systems calls for the immediate dismantling of the Imperial Corsairs. The systems they control in Daibais and Lozin should be immediately relieved of their authority. Moram is already lost, but the millions of people that inhabit Daibais and Lozin can still be saved. Then, and only then, can we turn our sights on the terrorists themselves in an effort to bring them to justice.
If you believe in freedom, and the solidarity of standing with the innocent, stand with us in decrying these acts of terrorism. Help us find Tharik Otoli, who has been in hiding for weeks now. For if we allow such heinous transgressions to continue, Moram will not be the last free system to fall to the hands of evil.
