The Thargoid Aftermath War Report podcast presents the latest developments in the ongoing conflict between humanity and the Thargoids. The frontlines are showing great progress, with humans regaining lost territories and the Thargoids visibly slowing down. Meanwhile, an accidental loss of anti-xeno supply ships has halted the conflict between the Empire and the Federation in Pichch. Aegis's Thargoid pulse neutralisers have successfully allowed transit through the energy surge at the centre of a Maelstrom, with skilled human pilots now able to uncover what awaits within. Additionally, a new Thargoid variant has been detected, which is highly manoeuvrable and seen only in footage from a destroyed ship.
