Commanders log, April 24th, 3307 of the Human Standard Calendar. Day 3 of log making. Today I learned quite a bit about the way things work out here in space. I had some false impressions that have been cleared up. I engineered my FSD quite a bit as well as my engines, boosting my reputation and access with my current main engineer. My jump range is now mid to high 50s. I rounded out the day with a quick exploration out to the Outer Orion Arm. I made far less than I was hoping, but I can't say I am altogether surprised after the fact. My plans for tomorrow include making enough money to get a bigger ship and either trading a lot or more exploration. And remember, humanity first. Always.
