Toward The California Nebula

I was made an offer to transport a prestigious scientist out to the California Nebula so he could perform close-up studies of some bark mounds.I had previously encountered bark mounds during my time at Colonia many months ago, so I knew what to expect, and wasn't that interested initially. However, I learned a few things that prompted me to change my mind:
- There were other forms of fungal growth (called 'Space Pumpkins') discovered in the same nebula which I hadn't encountered before.
- There were some asteroid bases in the vicinity that could be worth checking out.
- The scientist was willing to pay me a lot of money.
So I agreed to take the scientist there.
I jumped back into The Millennium Dustbin, gave it a new paintjob (this was very important!), and headed out West. On the way, I decided to stop at NGC 1514 (a planetary nebula) to check out the view.

My passenger started getting restless, and he asked me to stop wasting time, so I resumed my course for the California Nebula.
