The Assessment and Reconnaissance for Combating Hostiles ANd Government Entities Logic System is a proposal for a combined system of various public, private, and governmental databases as well as HUMINT, ELINT, COMINT, and SIGINT. Firstly, there is a large amount of data floating unsecured in the public nets that under the proper analysis can lead to fundamentally accurate projections regarding the future actions of various governments and their relevant military assets. This data can be easily gathered by automated systems and fed into the system for processing. Private networks are easily cracked as well given the sufficient application of resources.

Regarding governmental databases, some of these are [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G] and thereby easily exploited. Some however are heavily guarded and this will necessitate the deployment of units to either [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G] or utilize [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G] to garner access.

There are automated SIGINT, ELINT, and COMINT systems that already exist and are functioning to specification. These include [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G] as well as [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G] and [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G]. We propose incorporation of these systems into a comprehensive network which will working alongside [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G] as well as human operators whose principal responsibilities will include [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G] within expected parameters.

At the core of the system will be a [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G] with air-gaps to ensure that no leakage can occur onto networks outside the scope of ARCHANGEL. This will necessitate the construction of an entire, secondary [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G] distributed accordingly so that even under a CONDITION 5 scenario, ARCHANGEL will continue to function with minimal loss of efficiency and accuracy.
The cost projections for the secondary [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G] are undoubtedly massive, but the risk of containment failure would lead to [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G] with catastrophic [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G] as well a significant probability of immediate [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G] which is, a sub-optimal outcome to say the least.

Preliminary projections by the research team prior to [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G] led to the prototype PYTHIA system [see attached DELPHI Report, 3302, CNRC] to accurately project the return of [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G]. If the system could predict this with such accuracy with a fraction of the resources compared to now, especially given the state of [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G] prior to the dissolution, we believe it is crucial that High Command approve this proposal and allocate the necessary resources to support this project. It is essential to preparations for the oncoming [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G] and the creation of a sufficiently strong bastion to allow for [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G] inevitable outcome. We believe this will help the project further the goal of ensuring that the designated area [REDACTED per NAVSECDIR 7742-G]
