So it turned out it was enough. Elite Explorer. Time to hop into my Conda and relearn "civilization". Forgot to KWS my first three would be Assassins before reducing them to space dust. Turns out that I had already made most progress with the Feds when I left civilization for the black. The promotion to Vice Admiral came swiftly.
