Commander's Log 33010817: Rigged For Mining in Asteroid Belt Around Second Sun in LAS 3447 system

Today, I decided to rig the Sidewinder for prospecting/mining. I used the credits earned from the smuggling operation yesterday to buy the necessary equipment.I departed Boswell Platform (LTT 18496) and headed for the asteroid ring surrounding the second sun of the LHS 3447 system.
It was a new experience but not too bad. I collected enough silver to refine one full ton then decided to rest up at the nearby Trevithick Dock. Tomorrow, I plan to visit one of the stations with a commodities market and sell the refined silver. Hopefully, it will bring in a good amount of credits.
