Great To Be Back

It's been a few weeks since I came back into space life. The initial rust has been shaken off and I am back to my old self again in the cockpit. There's no denying it, I have missed the thrill of boosting out of the mailslot of any station and heading off into the unknown for any kind of fuckery to be found. Also no denying that my rightful place is out there in the black.As to what I've been up to these last few weeks, after getting used to flying again, I went to Vogulu to see how bad the goid invasion is. I have encountered a few of them over the years, but they must have upgraded since then. I was recently interdicted in system by a goid interceptor I had never seen before called a glaive. Let me tell you, that is one ship I do not ever want to encounter again if I can help it. Very fast and equipped with a shit ton of anti-ship system weapons, it made very short work of my Asp X. Despite this setback, I equipped my Vulture with some AX weapons and went to help out the Vogulu authorities in trying to stem this tide of alien invaders by killing a lot of goid scouts and assisting with a few interceptor kills. Of course, this tide is hard as fuck to stem.
In addition, I have finally come around on my opinion of fleet carriers and decided to work towards getting my own, primarily since acquiring more AX mats and such is better if you have a fleet carrier to store them on. Therefore, more creds will be needed.
Off to hustle, I go. It's great to be back.
