Orrere 2B is an odd little corner of the galaxy. It has a Binary orbit with Orrere 2A and both are orbited by Orrere 2C. They all seem to be about the same mass, nearly the same size, and all relatively close together in a stellar sense. I will say that it is a somewhat daunting place to land, I am not surprised a larger ship like an Anaconda had difficulty landing and I am gratefully my new Diamondback is small and rugged. I made a few passes over the surface after scanning the planet from orbit trying to locate the crash site. The sky was pitch black and I could make out very few details on the generally barren surface of the alien moon. Frustrated and defeated I landed on the surface to recharge and try again tomorrow.
First thing, I need more practice flying in atmosphere. I was immediately out of my depth. I had difficulty feeling in control of where my ship was on the planet compared to where I wanted to go. Second and maybe more importantly I need to refamiliarize myself with the Navigation readout on my ship. I was frustrated that I couldn't locate the crash and was attempting to find it via coordinates, But I'm pretty sure that my planetary scan should have mapped it's location to my navigation screen.
The black calls me back,
