Commander's Log...After some time doing passenger missions and other things, I finally saved up enough credits to buy an Anaconda. It's a beautiful ship with plenty of space inside for whatever I desire. Now to go through the long process of engineering it. I wish I could do it all myself, but I need to go to the ones who have the know-how instead. I can't wait to put this magnificent ship through it's paces.

What does President Hudson think he's doing approving that surveillance program?! That is clearly invading people's privacy, all for the sake of additional security against terrorism? We're losing systems by the shipload and all everyone can say is that it's necessary?! Times like these, I have half a mind to defect to the Empire, the Alliance or be Independent. If the President is wise, he'll make a public statement to apologize and rescind this program. My Grandma is already playing her side of the political agenda, claiming it's illegal. Good on you, Gran. Way to take a stand. It's just too bad the Federation as a whole has to take such a huge hit from rebelling systems who keep choosing to leave it.
