Commander's Log...I got an anonymous tip from some mysterious stranger about my parents who had been lost out in the black some years ago, never to return. Unfortunately, that kind of distance would take forever if I took my Krait Phantom. Instead, I bought an Asp Explorer and named it Odyssey. Good thing I had a spare 5A FSD laying around and already fully engineered for long distant jumping. This trip is going to take a while so I better bring plenty of provisions and an SRV. I'm keeping my hopes and expectations low so I won't be disappointed if I don't find my parents. Still, I do hope I find them. Preferably alive.
