After two weeks of grinding away, from surface port to surface port collecting heads for bonds, the Pilots Federation saw my deeds worthy for the golden helm.I could keep going, to get Tier 3 for Mercenary rank as I'm currently ~78% complete, but I need to give my mind, my fingers, (and my keyboard) a break. Just in time too.... The P.T.N. is hosting it's first Discovery Extravaganza of the year! So what better way to unwind from surface gunnery than to escape to the far side of Sagittarius A to smell the flowers.
I live for these trips: first discoveries galore, unique flora, and the nearest population is the crew aboard the P.T.N. Platinum Palace carrier, captained by CMDR Platinum Band. Great fun, these field trips, and excellent team building events.
I'm so excited to be granted the golden Dominator helm though! A complete suit of golden plated tungsten carbide, titanium, and carbon fiber weaves... I might go to bed wearing it tonight I'm so thrilled!
