Elite npcs seem to be angry with me

It seems obvious, i have made some of the npcs angry, they seem absolute determined to kill me when i "attempt", to enfoece the galactic law on them as my entitlement as being a "clean", bounty hunter, so the smaller ships seem to be like fighting elite anacondas,
Hey i am not complaining, but having to go back for repairs after each battle makes it very tiresome
