quark ( nick lambert ), the farenghi trader from deep space 9, has been asked by starfleet command, and the federation, to produce as many ships of combat ability, to assist in the war against the borg in system hip 22460 .
Quark ( nick lambert ) has agreed at a price ofcourse to reliably supply the battle with as many ships and anything needed to assist the united federation of planets and the galactic alliance.
