starfleet, in preperation for the advancement and building of starfleet headquarters to replace starfleet command as a monument in wolf 359, and as a musium and tribute to the battle of wolf 359 with the borg.
starfleet command ( carrier at present on xbox ) will be renamed starfleet headquarters and posted as a permenant figure in wolf 359.
starfleet command, ( to be built on odyssey ) will be the main starfleet command centre and used for all activities.
starfleet command, will be a newly built carrier/station, with an accademy for exobiology, combat training, leasure, and sales as well as the carrier already called starfleet command at present.
in preperation for this, starfleet has issued orders for all starfleet commanders to be fully trained to an elite rank in exobiology and elite rank in mercenary, this seems to be going as planned,
