Mysterious malfunctions

Well, I am screwed if I don't find out what is happening. My FSD is somehow bouncing in its compartment. Thrusters are loosing their power, I had to shut down my shields because my power is getting low. And I am in Greae Phoea, 16 000 Ly from inhabited space.....
