Deep Black trip postponed. Fatherhood faction has taken priority

Location: Classified The planned trip into the expanse has been postponed for the time being. Recent events within The Fatherhood, the minor faction I have recently joined, has reorganized my priorities. Several very lucrative combat missions and an upcoming wing mining mission appears to be the current course of choice. Additionally I have engaged in my first Community Goal (CG) with moderate success. I have also been considering getting involved with the BGS. I have talked to several Commanders including Kik, Snappypants and Rec and finally a BGS manager Shadoweddruid. Currently awaiting acceptance into this part of The Fatherhood. As I understand it, I would begin as a "GenPop" completing missions to influence certain factions and systems creating an advantageous atmosphere for The Fatherhood faction. However, I am still quite new to The Fatherhood and have yet to be of any real value so I am 50/50 on whether I will be accepted. I would certainly understand if I were rejected at this time. The Fatherhood will be completing a mining expo to Parrot Head soon. I took Money Pit there and did some laser mining. After a couple days I returned to my usual area of activity, collecting a little over 1000 tons of Platinum while in Parrots Head. The Fatherhood has also announced a new deep black exploration trip which they estimate will take 5 months to complete. This will be the third installment of the "Lost Souls" expedition. Unknown if I will participate at this time; 5 months seems like a long time to be out in the black especially if I am accepted into the BGS part of The Fatherhood. With The Fatherhood faction now taking up the majority of my time via group missions, money making opportunities, etc I have decided to rename my FC Money Pit to TFCS Money Pit for The Fatherhood Carrier Ship Money Pit in recognition of this fine group of Commanders I have been fortunate enough to fall into. I am sure future log book entries will reflect my admiration for this group.
