Recruitment+Thargoid presence

It's the new year; 3308. Recently we've been having issues with Commanders joining our squadron but then retiring to the Coriolis stations to live a life as a coder or farmer. I've been trying to go around and recruit new commanders to the Rangers. Unfortunately it seems I need to work on my diplomacy some more. I scared off several potential recruits, but I managed to get 2 more. Hopefully our work load will be slightly more spread out. It seems that the Thargoids have also started expanding their invasion zones. I've fitted a Krait Mk II with some spare funds I had laying around and fitted it with leftover guardian gauss cannons. Push comes to shove I'll let my hatred for the Thargoid flow. I also need to adjust to being aligned as an imperial. I sympathize with the federation usually but I have to get my hands on Prismatic shielding, namely for my Corvette and Cutter. If I can get that going and in the works I'll be set.
