CMDR Eric Vons POV
I clean up as Tetco takes over. I head to the cockpit and take my seat. I scan the Serenity for any other life signs and detected only the one on the bridge. "Traitor." I muttered. My scanners pick up eight more ships making a beeline straight towards me. I send a message to the Loren's Legion to dispatch system authorities to the scene and come prepared to fight. Then I jump into supercruise. As I plot a course for Chione I sigh. I send a message to Ambassador Cuthrick Delainy. "I request permission to land at the Senatorial Palace." I said when he answered. "Well Commander. That is a surprising request. May I ask why?" Ambassador Delainy answered. "Are you aware that the Prism system was getting a new senator?" I asked. "Yes, next week is when they are to arrive." He responded. "They came earlier. And they along with their escort got royally screwed." I said. "What do you mean?" He asked alarmed. "Well I mean that I was returning to the system to turn in a contract for Loren's Legion and came across a distress signal that registered as threat level 8." I explained. "And that is unusual?" He asked. "Very unusual. I've only really seen threat level 8 assigned to Thargiod occupied system signal sources. So I dropped in and checked it out." I replied.
"And how did you know it was the Senator's ship?" He asked. "The Serenity?" I asked. "Yes." He answered. "I cleared the enemy ships out and hailed the Serenity. A Imperial officer, who is a traitor and I left sealed in the bridge for the system authorities to collect, answered. He informed me about the situation and the last surviving member of the Rebia family that was onboard entered and informed us that the boarder's had massacred the rest. I had them seal the bridge and then I boarded to get them out. The officer shot Aurora Rebia and I breached the bridge. She's currently in my medical center now being treated." I said.
"Ok, but if you are flying whose treating her?" He asked. "My medic. With access to some of the best medical technology available." I answered. "Can I have that landing clearance please?" I asked. "Yeah, you have it. Priority clearance is being attached to your ship transponder now." He answered. "Thank you, Ambassador." I said. I closed the channel and checked my position. Entering Orbital Cruise, Leeson City, Chione 500km.
I brought the ship down and it penetrated the atmosphere dropping from Orbital Cruise and into atmosphere glide. I glided down to 25km before I leveled off and turned towards the island west of Leeson City. The commlink crackles and ground control identified themselves. "Cobra mk lll, Hubward. This is Ground ATC. You are not cleared for your current flight path. Please divert to Leeson City immediately." The man on the other side said. I toggle the mic. "Ground ATC, this is Hubward. I will not divert. My flight path clearance should arrive in about a minute. And I don't have the time to wait for it." I answered. "Hubward, divert now." The man said. I shut the channel off and continue on my course. I get over the water when a new hail is initiated. "Hubward, this is security flight group alpha. Divert now, or we will shoot you down." A very military sounding voice called out. "Negative, I have cleared my approach with Ambassador Delainy." I replied.
"We received no such notice." The flight leader said. "Well, check again." I said as I continued my current course. "Sir, I'm sorry but-." He interrupted himself. "We are going to fly escort for you. Your cleared for the Ambassador's personal landing pad." He said with surprise in his voice. "Thank you, flight leader." I said over the commlink. I fly past the defense's and over the palace sweeping gracefully down to the assigned pad. "Touchdown confirmed." Said the flight leader as he and his wing formed up and returned to their base. "Tetco. How's it going." I called as I entered the medical center. "She's all set just needs to recover." Tetco answers as she cleans up the equipment and herself.

Tetco's POV
Eric and I transfer Aurora Rebia to the prepared room in the palace. "Ambassador Delainy." Eric said following tradition for greeting him. I follow suit. "How is she?" The ambassador asked. "She's going to recover. As long as she stays in bed and rests." I said. "What about a medical pod?" He asked. "You could try but I don't think I would recommend it. I put a lot of work into fixing her up and a pod could undo the process when right now all she merely needs to lay in bed and rest to recover." I explained.
"Alright, I will do my best to make sure that happens." Ambassador Delainy said. "Thanks Ambassador." Eric said bowing before he left. I follow him and we returned to the ship. "Commander, wait." An aide called running up to us. Eric turns and looks at the aide. "Lady Rebia is awake and she wants to talk to you." The aide said. "Already? Ok." Eric said. I go to follow him. "Alone." The aide said staring at me. "I'll go inventory the medical bay." I said to Eric. He responded with a nod.
