INCIDENT |
The patient were found at an abandoned colony facility, believed to have been a pirat holdout, by a pilot federation salvage crew in the [REDACTED] system. The crew reported to mission controls onboard fleet carrier [REDACTED] that the colony still had power and one unmoving weak heatsignatur inside the medical module. 30 minutes after touchdown, the salvage crew breached the medical unit that has been sealed from the outside. The salvage crew, shortly thereafter, made contact with mission controls to request for a medical crew. TRANSCRIBT OF MISSION AUDIO LOG START... Salvage crew medic (SC-M1): "Mission control, we found an occupied medical pod, vitals low, there's a visible neck wound, possible major blood loss and we can not move the pod to our ship. We need medical, over" Mission control: "Deploying medical, ETA 3 minutes, can you read blood type SC-M1, over" SC-M1: "Negative, the pod seems to have malfunctioned, it is however keeping the woman inside of it alive, over" Mission control: "SC-Lima, when medical has stabilized the woman and moved her out of the pod, i need your crew to salvage data files and logs from the facility and the pod, this is now a rescue mission and s crime scene, over" SC-Lima: "Affirmativ, over" TRANSCRIBT OF MISSION AUDIO LOG END... MEDICAL UNIT ON FC: Patient were successfully stabilized, neck wound were temporally closed and bleeding stopped. She were moved from the pod onsite to a portable pod, then transported to the ship and taken to the infirmary on the FC. She stayed unconscious the entire time. |
PHYSICAL EXAM |
2 deep cuts to the right common carotid artery. Major blood loss. Blood type: O Rhesus negativ Minor bruising found, all over, clearly took a beating. A full body scan revealed, 3 fractured ribs consistent with the bootprint on her flight suit. No damage to the internal organs, brain seems to be fully functional needs further examination for brain damage. Ring finger on the right hand has been removed, very old injury. Blue eyes, chestnut colored curly hair and fair skin. Might be in her mid twenties. Underweight, height 170 cm |
TREATMENT |
Blood transfusion: O Rhesus negativ Surgery to repair the common carotid artery. Kept in medical induced coma to monitor the healing process closely |

Unresponsive due to being in a comatose state caused by the medical pod, it is keeping her from bleeding out. The medical pod must have malfunctioned, since it haven't healed her injuries yet, the logs shows that she were put into it a month ago. Needs further investigation. |
