Last night the Commanders Aelimy and Jackbnimble and I set out to mine Platinum on the Lese Majeste.
The trip was uneventful so I entertained Commander Aelimy with my nimble fingering of JackbNimble.
It was a rousing success.
The Type 9 Heavies we all had brought performed with their utmost perfection, although my fellow Commanders insited on bringing shields and thus wasting valuable cargo space (BAH!). I would have thought them to have bigger cojones than that, but people can surprise you.
We did, however, did run into a slight problem when in the asteroid field. We had all of us forgot to bring limpets.

Reminder to self, bring out the cat o' nine tails so the cabin boy can learn to remind his Commander of the essentials.
We ran into another problem when our comrade Jackbnimble realised he had forgotten to install a Refinery and had to order one to the Lese Majeste which slowed it down for about thirty minutes.

When Aelimy and I had stocked up on limpets we could finally start mining, where we ran into another slight problem.
My n00bs of a shipcrew had neglected to tell me about the benefits of having A-rated limpet collector and prospector controllers, as I had installed a mining multi limpet controller.
This did seem the prudent thing to do at one point, but apparently I was mistaken.
The cat will be worn out by the time my crew is diciplined!
This meant I could not keep up with Aelimy, but nevertheless I did my best.
All in all the trip was a success. Some mishaps are bound to occur!
