Well, where to begin, suffice to say the news of Salvation's confirmed death caught me by surprise, all things considered. There were plenty of conspiracy theories going around of how Azimuth is covering up his survival or something, but after the events of HIP 22460? I doubt he even had a chance, the man was frail, not like he could've left if he wanted to, he paid the price that day, and it puts a smile on my face knowing he deserved it for kicking the hornet's nest.
But now, I'm in Guardian space, fetching some relics and schematics for a Trident Guardian SLF, peaceful out here, y'know? Back on the homefront, Human-Xeno Connections, my faction, has received calls for creating a coalition of Pro-Xeno Squadrons. We were even approached by a Far God Cultist, quite the surprise to be sure, but a welcome one at that. But, what else can I say, if humanity is going to come out of this war in one piece, we need to coexist with the Thargoids, no matter if they're ancient, regardless of Salvation's claims. Looks like the sun is coming up now, might as well get to collecting some relics now.
