Third promotion

Okay, this needs to be logged.It's 28th of september 3310. I was busy shooting around one of those settlements that needed to be powered up, when I got the short message saying I'm now Elite in combat. There were still three bandits alive and it took time and effort to put them down, not mentioning I've sent my ship away for fear of it being destroyed, how funny is that for 'Elite combatant'?
Took me nearly 10 years to get here, for that message from PF congratulating me on my 'Third promotion'. Hurray! I guess! I think I'll put a little humble celebration on that when I'm back to the carrier. The command staff and the crew would want something special to celebrate the occasion with, I assume, so I have to remember not to land empty handed there. Doubt there's anything to get around here in Pilot Federation headquarters, since after the attack?
