Just found out why none of my 23000+ tons of cargo counted towards the Comm goal for the Colonia Bridge Project. Somebody, yours truly, forgot to sign up!. The money was too good and distracted me... oh well, maybe phase 3! Still, got a ton of practice flying that boat of a Type-9... kinda starting to like the big girl
