I was wrong. I was gloriously wrong! I reviewed my notes and I mistook the report of a hydrogen-based hyperdrive using a wormhole to mean this equipment would be necessary. No. Oh, no.
The original report of Raxxla came well before this. The hydrogen drive report only served to show HOW it was done.
Hypothesis: Natural wormholes are out there and they can be entered in normal space. It may or may not require spooling up a drive but not starting the actual jump. I do not know this for certain.
I do know that I must first somehow find one. If I can, Humanity may gain a new advantage, yet.
