I stare into the blood red heart of Taranis, It beats with an ethereal thrum.
My ship’s starting to corrode from the outside in and I’m running silent to avoid these weird cross shaped objects that appear to be spewing caustics around to keep the cloud stable.
I’ve watched some interceptors dip in and out of the storm, looks like they’re groundskeepers for this ‘Maelstrom’ that comes with Taranis. If this is what one UIA looks like then it is truly terrifying to consider that there are 7 more of these horrors coming.
The systems around here are absolutely ruined, not to mention the Maelstrom system itself is emitting the same anti-guardian field that HIP 22640 did. Millions presumed dead, stations completely decimated and left locked up and scored with caustic markings…
