log 5, 128 jumps in, dense planets, maintenance, start

so... sorry this logbook is so late, it turns out doing maintenance, automatic and manual, takes bloody forever to do. That's the reason this logbook took so long. And the fact you can apparently catch the space flu, so I was sick for quite a while on my ship.I did find several different planets suitable for habitation, though they are pretty far out they have about 1G and are in the 273-293K range. Another interesting planetary discovery I made was several clusters of up to 16 planets all orbiting rather close around each other and massive gas giants. This seems like a bit of an anomaly and it's odd that I saw like 5 within about 25 jumps of each other. There may be some interesting data in studying those orbital planes and how those planets have somehow gotten a stable orbit even with an immensely chaotic 17-body system.
I have gotten out to my starting point now, out in the middle of nowhere rather far away from civilization. it's rather nice out here, I'm so isolated that I can do a couple of experiments regarding the background radiation of space and any potential anomalous signals around here, without fear of interference from other ships, as that could potentially throw off all of these experiments
Anyways, I'm rather excited to begin the bulk of this grand journey, ill be trying to visit the largest star and Sagittarius A, maybe even do a couple of experiments regarding the interesting physics aspect of what happens near such supermassive objects in space, and how their gravity works on much smaller bodies.
