Guardian Site Operations Concluded

In just a day we're going to depart from the Guardian Space. A nearby planet however caught my attention after I finished the last obelisk scan. It had an atmosphere and biological lifesigns? The lady at Vista Genomics would be happy to have some samples to research. Further scans of that planet revealed a distress beacon in a flat area. Upon landing, I noticed that the atmosphere had a composition that made the already red double star light even more red. Everything was just tinted in red. I took my Scorpion out for a ride to search for the beacon and the lifeforms. Good the traction is superior on it with this low gravity. Big surprise was that I landed perfectly in an area with 2 different lifeforms. A grass-looking plant and some blob that had a blue hue to it. At least that's what I think. It's hard to see tho because of the red all around. The beacon however was nothing good. just empty escape pods and a bit of heat shielding. I returned back to my ship and left the planet. The USS Furry is sitting perfectly between 2 similar sized planets. A beautiful view, with the sometimes flickering spots that travel between the stars, indicating the arrival of those Stargoids. Locked down in my carrier, I just gave the samples to the lady in the lab coat and spent the rest of the day in my quarters awaiting jump tomorrow at around 12pm PST. Yeah. I rather go by my hometown's time even tho galactic standard times exist
