Azimuth Restructuring Proposal : For the consideration of the board

By now its no secret that I have made clear my own desire for the taking the company of Azimuth Biotech in a new direction, And given the recent breaking news of the confirmation of the death of Caleb Wycherley I feel its best to get started on rebuilding the company quickly. Stage 1: Company Assets and continuation of standard labor and logistics (ie; Taurus Mining Ventures and its associated workload) should be allowed to go forward as its own subdivision. We still have a company to run and employees who depend on us to make a living. We need that to be our primary goal first and foremost. Research and science will be headed up and handled by its own subdivision with in the company as well.
To expand on both sides of the company we should also seek to explore NEW deep space mining opportunities as well as seeking new resources with in the areas between T Tauri and the bubble and the systems within 1kly of human explored space, this will double as allowing us to seek new scientific pursuits in this region of space as well. By following a split level approach Azimuth can keep itself moving forward with both its extraction business and its ground breaking scientific pursuits.
Stage 2: Those assets pertaining to all of Dr Wycherley's scientific pursuits, Azimuth Biotechs research and breakthroughs are to be saved and if possible shared openly when such knowledge may aid in humanities defense in the future.
I would like to Openly invite Ram Tah and Ishmael Palin to share in ALL research and data that has been acquired by Azimuth Biotech during its entirety of operations. That is to state that I would like them to have complete and total access to all of the scientific research we have available
We have lost a large number of our science team no doubt in the debacle in HIP 22460 and we need to start making amends with the galactic community at large, by having these two respected researchers on board we can start that process of regaining the public trust as well as , to be blunt, making up for a huge mess we have made. If there is anyone more suited to understanding the legacy left to us by Dr. Wycherley its these two.
Stage 3: REFORM AEGIS : Azimuth Biotech should lend a sizeable number of assets to form a defensive fleet against the currently enraged Thargoids, we caused this and we need to be front and center on fixing it. That means we need to help rebuild an AX task force similar to Aegis.
3a : This also includes the complete exoneration of Aiden Tanner , all evidence of his innocence that Azimuth has access too SHALL be turned over, This includes records of our involvement in the Alexandria sabotage. Once all of this is completed we would happily like to propose that the MUSASHI be handed back to him under his command under a reformed Aegis , that is to say a REFITTED AX MUSASHI would do wonders as the new flagship of this proposed Aegis 2 fleet.
Stage4: you can make me CEO and give me control of this company while youre at it.
Does this seem like a lot of sacrifices on our part, even when we are coming off the harsh blows dealt to the company by OWH
Yes it is, suck it up buttercup we fucked up royally and we are going to give until it hurts.
Because if we dont we might have very well doomed all of mankind
