Eighth Logbook Entry... The Galaxy Welcomes You (Screenshot Showcase)

Hey guys! It's CMDR Darkbeetle, writing this logbook 7.5k LYs away from Sol. This expedition is quite fun, I must say.But wait; I haven't told you what this expedition is yet. This expedition is called "Clouds of Stars" and is bound for the galactic core. As of writing this logbook, I am only less than halfway there. However, I've already discovered some pretty cool stuff.
This first waypoint was located in the Omega Nebula, at CB-16 Colonia Bridge. Even though this nebula is more on the "ordinary" side, it still looks beautiful when put together with other objects.
My entire first leg was done on the neutron plotter, which meant that I didn't discover anything out of the norm. However, after this first waypoint, I wisened up and decided to stop using the neutron highway. Now, a 30-jump sprint turned into a 120-jump crawl. However, this came with the benefit of new discoveries which I get to put my name on. I found a system with 2 Water Worlds (too far for mapping) and terraformable HMC + Rocky Body.
This was only 12 jumps into the 120-jump route. It just goes to show you how the neutron highway can be both a blessing and a curse. Later, I had to rest at the 80 jump mark and took this screenshot from a moon in a close binary with another one of its siblings.
Next, I found a strawberry cheesecake planet very close to the rings of a gas giant. The aforementioned rings also had over 10 valuable hotspots. Unfortunately, my ship isn't a mining ship, otherwise I would've spent a lot more time in those rings.
Unfortunately, my first landing attempt didn't go too well as I forgot to turn my shields back on...
o7 CMDRs, the next logbook will bring more screenshots. Stay tuned!
