Commander Yojimbosan was interviewed by Radio Sidewinder, as part of their series on commanders' contributions to the faction.Published 27 November 3303:
In this weeks Commander Spotlight the hard work of CMDR Yojimbosan is brought to you. Unfortunately due to his distance away from occupied space, because of his expedition to Beagle Point, an interview was unattainable. But from RSC data logs, and a few words from the CMDR before he left Broadcasting Bay, a short biography has been created:
Yojimbosan Sanjuro had an original career trading and exploring across the galaxy in a heavily-engineered Cobra Mk III, but retired to Bedaho after one run too many to Riedquat.
In 3302 he came back out into the wider galaxy, and relieved his younger days, this time working up to an Asp Explorer (the "Quetzlcoatl" ) which served well on an exploratory trip to Colonia. During the trip he discovered Radio Sidewinder and moved back to the Bubble to Tago, quickly taking on a position with the Galnet News Desk and managing the AI software systems running Computer Pete and Robot Rachel, soon becoming a vital part of the day to day operations of the Radio Station.
During the Colonia Initiative, Yojimbosan worked as a loader at Bluford Orbital in LHS3447, ferrying Galactic Travel Guides out to the Radio Sidewinder Crew who were at the time hauling these rare goods to Colonia. Eventually he filled up his own AspX and hauled Travel Guides for a couple of circuits, contributing to the success that established Radio Sidewinder Galactic. An achievement he is still fondly proud of to this day.
On one trip to Colonia, while tinkering with a copy of the RSC bots, he established the systems to run Android Alex in Broadcasting Bay, reporting on local Colonia issues. From there Yojimbosan then ran several surveys of the Neutron Fields between Colonia and Sagittarius A*, which resulted in recognition from the Pilots Federation in the form of an Elite rank in Exploration. With this achievement under his belt he returned to the Bubble and built up a larger commercial fleet, with Pythons as the workhorse vessels and a green Lakon Type 9 ("The Incredible Bulk" ), responsible for hauling countless tons of meta-alloys from the Pleiades back to the markets around Tago.
After a recent trip back to Colonia to help out both RSG and his friends in the Browncoats, Yojimbosan has now set his compass to Beagle Point in his newest exploration vessel, the Anaconda "Dog Bolter".
